Starting August 15, Colombian citizens entering Poland to perform work will be required to have a visa. The exception to the visa requirement exemption is introduced based on Article 3(2) of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Colombia concerning the abolition of short-stay visas, drawn up in Brussels on December 2, 2015, in conjunction with Article 6(3) of the aforementioned Regulation (EU) 2018/1806 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Simultaneously, Colombian citizens coming to Poland for tourism purposes are exempt from the visa requirement and may stay in Poland, on the basis of a passport, for a period of no more than 90 days in a 180-day period.
