of personal data
INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA
In fulfilment of the data protection information obligations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L. 2016 No. 119, p. 1) (“GDPR“), I am providing the following information:
1. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER
The Administrator of your personal data is ADKINS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw (01-022), at ul. Józefa Bellottiego No. 5, lok.2;
In matters concerning the processing and protection of your personal data and the exercise of your rights, you can contact the Administrator by sending an e-mail to: daneosobowe@adkins.pl or in writing to the Administrator’s registered office address.
2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your data will be processed for the purpose of responding to an enquiry, based on the consent you have given by submitting information via the contact form available on our website (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
In the event of a partnership being established, your data will be processed for other purposes and on a different legal basis, of which you will be informed by our staff in the course of the service.
3. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
Your data may be entrusted to subcontractors providing IT services to the Administrator for processing.
4. RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will be stored until your consent is withdrawn or the purpose of the processing is achieved.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
The data subject shall have, within the limits of the law:
a) the right of access to personal data,
b) the right to rectification of personal data,
c) the right to erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten),
d) the right to restrict the processing of personal data,
e) the right to object to the processing of your data,
f) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, however, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data prior to the withdrawal of consent,
g) the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
6. OTHER INFORMATION
Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling i.e. automated data processing. Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
