Applying for a residence card (CUKR) for Ukrainian citizens receiving temporary protection related to the armed conflict in Ukraine will be possible from 2025. Provisions for this process will come into force with the launch of a dedicated online service.
Conditions for obtaining a CUKR residence card:
- having UKR status on 4 March 2024
- having UKR status on the date of application for a residence card
- having continuously UKR status for at least 365 days
- valid passport
Application for a CUKR card will only be possible in electronic form using the online service provided by the Head of the Office for Foreigners on a dedicated form.
The planned launch of the electronic service for making a CUKR card is planned for 2025.
